We take pride in choosing to work with the only the best in the industry to assure you the purest and finest of local products are coming direct from the farm to you. No in between, no chemical process, just pure, hand harvested, hand packed goodies for you.

We strive to ensure our practices leave only our footprints and no other prints to harm our beautiful environment. Our packing is locally made, sustainable and some of our packaging is even made from plants. For more information on this, check out our website.

For these reasons we assure the quality of the products we dispatch.

DELIVERY

Unless otherwise specified your purchase will be dispatched within 2 business days & take a standard shipping time nation wide. Freight times may vary due to COVID restrictions. We do ask for your patience during this time.

We have a flat rate shipping of $10 for Australian capital cities and most regional postcodes for orders up to 5kgs.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

In addition to any rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law, we offer the following return & refund policy:

  •  We will refund if you are not satisfied with your product, as we are certain you will love it as much as we do.
  • In the unlikely event any items are faulty or damaged during transit we will replace them, upon approval of claim.
  • Should there be an error with your order, and the items have already been dispatched, you are welcome to return unopened, unused, in it’s original condition, together with proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery (freight at your cost) and we will ship you the correct order once it has been placed.
  • In the unlikely event of a product recall we will cover the freight charges to return the items and we will ship you a new order at no cost.
